About the guest-

As a child, Jenny’s favourite story was Kipling’s “How the Elephant Got His Trunk.” Just like the elephant, she has always been insatiably curious about the what and why of everything and, in particular, why we think and behave in the way we do.

A former GP who ran her own highly successful group medical practice in Perth, West
Australia, Jenny now works as an International Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and workplace health and wellbeing consultant, helping individuals and teams to thrive at work through developing the strategies required for well-being and sustainable high performance.
