Dr Perpetua Neo coaches Type A+++ senior leaders with demanding lives and their organisations, to hit their KPIs and solve leadership problems, without burning out. She helps solve both personal and professional problems because each impacts the other. She uses a blend of neuroscience, ancient wisdom and sports psychology, within a longevity framework to support her clients.

With organisations, DrP works to create sustainable, growth-oriented cultures. This includes leveraging (already-existing) diversity, building accountability, and optimising mental energy levels, so they increase productivity and output without having to hire more people.
