Healthy relationships can have an immensely positive impact on our growth and transformation; therefore, we need to know all that we can about finding the right partner and cultivating healthy relationships and who better to guide us than a relationship coach who has also been a matchmaker – she has viewed the world of relationships from two different standpoints and she shares both with us in this episode which answers questions around using checklists to find partners, resolving past trauma to create a healthy relationship, communication struggles, and practical exercises that can help strengthen a romantic bond.

About the guest-

Julie Nguyen is a writer, trauma-informed relationship coach, and former matchmaker based in New York City. Julie feels strongly about helping people nurture healthy relationships that endure over the years and through different phases of life, and to further develop those interests, Julie went on to receive her relationship coaching credentials in intimacy, sex, and communication and is now focused on building a relationship practice with liberation, pleasure, and anti-racism at its core. In her writings as well, she explores relationships, dating, psychology, sex, and culture.
