The attitude, the sort of life setup that leads to burnout is something pretty much everyone has in common. Most of us sideline our health and wellbeing for the sake of our work, or we do it for the sake of their family or social demands; basically, we always find an excuse not to prioritise ourselves and when we do practice any kind of self-care, we do it with a lot of guilt and an almost sense of doom like those few minutes are going to cost us later. It’s what’s fuelling our hustle culture – unhealthy, unsustainable work habits that lead to brief periods of growth followed by a massive crash, and it’s what’s responsible for the decline in the quality of time we spend with our loved ones, the incessant need to stay connected with the outer world through the various channels of media so that even when we’re not at our desk, we’re connected enough to preclude any real relaxation or recovery. It’s why so many people in their 20s and 30s are facing an increasing number of health challenges. We discuss all this and more with guest, Joëlle Amouroux-Huttner.

Joelle Amouroux-Huttner is burnout Recovery Coach, stress Management Expert,  and the founder of Joelle’s practice is an IEFT accredited advanced practitioner and holds a life coach certificate as well. Joelle coaches successful professionals on how to create endless energy and confidence by eliminating the mental barriers blocking them from operating at their greatest potential. Joelle spent years in high-stress roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Thanks to her time in the industry, she has first hand experience on how it feels to work under extreme pressure and how easy it can be to get burnt out, frustrated, and overwhelmed.

Joelle was her first client. She suffered a total burnout and made a total recovery. But it was not without some intense and difficult moments. Since leaving the industry, Joelle has trained as a coach and other modalities. She has helped dozens of professionals like you, supercharge their careers by eliminating their mental blocks, restoring their confidence, and re-igniting their passion for their important work.
